Diani Beach is a well established tourist location that boasts one of the most splendid long white powder beaches on the African coast.
Situated 30 minutes drive south of Mombasa Island once crossed Likoni ferry, this villa is easy accessible via Moi (Mombasa) International Airport which is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes drive or a very short 5 minute drive from Ukunda Airstrip with daily flights from Nairobi with Fly540.com

Diani beach is a short walk through the gardens onto the beach below however the owners and staff will be happy to arrange private transport at no extra fee to other wonderful beach spots for your comfort and to explore.

On arrival at the villa, you will be lead through a well maintained tropical garden with coconut and palm trees, colourful flowers and plants that take you towards the magnificent white sandy beach that only Diani can boast.

This villa is set right on the edge of one of the most stunning white sandy beaches on the coast, a paradise for sunbathers, kids or surfers.

The villa is uniquely set with wonderful split level terraces decorated with wooden African artefact furniture made extremely comfortable with lots of large cushions; a dream setting for total relaxation. Beyond the terraces is a large private infinity pool, furnished with comfortable pool beds and deck chairs with a stunning view of the beach and Indian Ocean.

The rooms have been luxuriously decorated with high-end extremely comfortable furniture, and the ceiling is made of local "makuti" to create a stunning thatched roof. On one of the terraces is a large wooden table where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served overlooking the gardens, private infinity swimming pool and Indian Ocean. The menu changes on a daily basis with whatever local delicacies you may wish to enjoy and is cooked and served by professional chefs.

* The rent for this villa is to be paid in USD, so the exact amount will vary according to the exchange rate and is to be confirmed. Rates are per day for the exclusive rent of the villa based on number of adults renting the villa.

Booking Procedure: To book this villa, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required and the remaining balance is due 6 week before arrival. Accepted payment method is bank transfer in US Dollar.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation should be in writing and will result in the loss of the deposit. If cancellation occurs within 60-31days before arrival, 50% of the cost of accommodation will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of accommodation will be charged. Guests should have a travel insurance policy covering deposit paid to confirm reservation.

FAMILY PACKAGE: Teenagers 13 up to 19 years of age at 200 $ per day per teenager in own room. Children 3 to 12 years of age at 100 $ per day per child in own room. Infants under 2 years free of charge.
