This luxury villa thrones on a small cliff above the Indian Ocean with a tunnel hand chiseled into the coral rock that leads to a private beach. Situated in one of the most prestigious residential locations on the Kenyan Coast, this part of Kilifi boasts absolute privacy and serenity.

Entering the courtyard, your attention is drawn by the magnificent view of the infinity pool and Indian Ocean beyond the dining room of the villa.

From the dining area with an impressive table made of a single piece of wood, a beautiful stone built staircase with wooden hand rails leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. As we continue through the dining area, which seamlessly leads to the open terrace with a spacious lounge area to the left and an additional dining table to the right, the view twofolds.

To each side of the dining area is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, which are tastefully designed using local wood and furniture, offer mesmerizing sea views. Both have access to the pool area through large french doors.

The large, impressive, fully equipped kitchen is fitted with work-tops and shelves made from local wood.

A third bedroom with two Lamu style single beds and en-suite bathroom completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, a comfortable veranda lounge area with Lamu beds and furnishings invite us to absorb the sea view and enjoy the pleasant breeze. To each side is an equally beautiful large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a private little veranda to read a book in total serenity - of course overlooking the ocean.

This villa is of very high standard and definitely one of the most luxurious villas we have seen on the Kenyan Coast. The location is superb, peaceful and private, the beach fantastic and the view mesmerizing.
